It’s been a decade since a revolution deposed Libyan leader Gadhafi and, yet, its former presidential plane remains at the center of controversy.

This plane, which was previously owned by the brother of the sultan of Brunei and a Saudi prince, has been at the center of an international legal battle that has kept it grounded at Perpignan airport, in the South of France (although, at the time of writing these lines, there are signs that it may be about to be reactivated soon)

In this CNN article I tell the story of this aircraft and its very agitated operational life.

Check it out, as usual, on CNN!
