A380 stars in FC Barcelona promo video
The Airbus A380 has made a brief appearance on the latest FC Barcelona promotional video, with the Camp Nou, FC Barcelona's stadium, turned into an improvised airport runway.
We have often documented the relationship between FC Barcelona and its sponsor airlines, first Turkish Airlines, then, and to this date, Qatar Airways...but given Qatar Airways has A380s in its fleet and it is also the Catalan football club main sponsor, wondering why the video features an A380 painted in a fantasy livery, instead of the traditional oryx or even Qatar Airways' FC Barcelona-themed Boeing 777.
